Very unpleasant experience using them a second time around. Told them I had 1.5 truckloads of things to move, yet they deliberately sent 1 truck and a 4 man team over. Pretty bad experience as the team quickly realised they would have to do 2 trips (and basically more work per headcount) and reluctantly did the job. All the while paying a premium for their services (whereas comparative quotes were 650, they were 750). Ended up having overworked movers who didn’t have time to reassemble furniture and having to assist significantly in packing. Suggest if you were to use them, request for their best teams, and a guarantee that they will provide sufficient resources for completion in 1 trip.

Did not have a good experience in my recent relocation. The moving worker just pushed the trolley with the heavy boxes into my new place without laying anything to protect my flooring. I stopped and asked the worker who replied with an irritated tone that I should have requested before hand. The supervisor behind him immediately acknowledged that they can put a protection to avoid damaging the surface. I am very disappointed that KNT staff should be more professional and do it before client request. In fact they also did not do any protection when they collected the stuff at my old place.

We moved house with KNT few days ago. The team did an amazing job, especially the supervisor. All of them worked efficiently and fast. It was our second move with KNT and I will book them definitely in the future again. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Could not recommend these folks more. I moved my stuff from a shophouse to a condo, and they carried everything with grace. We even moved an Omni desk.
