They fixed the moving dates with me and studently request to change the date. And they did not not read my reply carefully and blame me for not replying to them to confirm the dates. I called the office to feedback, they lady who answered my phone, tried to play "Taiji". She basically does not want to help me fix the issue and simply answered it's not her business. Such irresponsible reply!
