completely unprofessional. booked a slot with them to move my furniture. a few days after confirmation, they wrote to me to say they quoted wrongly and need to increase their price. a few days later, i replied their message and had no reply for a few days. when i followed up with them, they said the slot that i had confirmed has been taken. No apologies, nothing, just claimed that i never booked. even though it was clear on the message when they asked me to confirm and i confirmed. even after calling them to clarify, they were rude and unprofessional. if i could, would give them zero stars
