I had a horrible experience with KNT Movers.
I was doing a wipe down for my furniture after they shifted my stuffs and left the place. I was in shock that my study desk was in very bad conditions. Apparently they broke the table legs while moving and was trying to fix it with whatever tools they had with them.
Leave alone with the poor and awful carpentry work, the behavior is totally not acceptable for a professional mover company. It is lack of integrity and completely dishonest.
I called their admin guy and he went to clarify with the movers. The movers claimed that they was trying to fix it out of good intention because they saw the table was not stable. I was shocked by the movers' comments as they denied the facts and tried to push the blame.
It took two weeks to get the small compensation and the experience dealing with them was slow and unpleasant because they offered to fix it at the first place instead of compensating.
The only pleasant thing was that the admin guy was very helpful, he was responsive and was trying his best to resolve the issue.
I do understand that there is risk of breaking while moving, i am totally fine with being honest and move on. However, i was so disappointed with KNT Movers and they should provide trainings to the mover for at least be honest.
Note: I have attached 4 photos - 1 is the normal table leg that is not broken and the other 3 are the poor carpentry work they did it creepily in the truck

Despite some recent negative google reviews, I went ahead to engage KNT for my move in January 2022. This is my 2nd time using KNT. The 1st engagement was about 6 years ago. Co-ordinator Calvin has been very responsive to my whatsapp messages. He was also very helpful and patient eventhough I have to change my move date a few times as my new place was not ready.
On the day of move, 5 movers came. All of them were friendly, careful and efficient in moving my 40 boxes of belongings. After coming over to my new place, I realised I missed out my safe which was in my cupboard! Thinking that I will need to go over to the old house to collect it myself, KNT mover offered to bring my safe over. This is what I called Value Added Service! All my boxes and items were accounted for and not damaged. Thank you KNT!

It’s really really horrible, they look like being violence and unkindness.
They are really rushing on that time after being late for 1 and half hour from the appointment because of other their plan. And It happened that he droped my speaker bar when he do packing, but never say sorry and pretend not happened..
DO NOT RECOMMEND this s*** please keep your furniture safe

Nothing major got broken but I was not happy overall. We purchased full packing and moving services.
The team's top priority was clearly moving everything as quickly as possible. They packed things in a hap-hazard manner, just wrapping evening together in bunches while flipping things over that couldn't be flipped (e.g., filling cabinets, etc.), not being careful with delicate artwork, etc. They did things right when I instructed them - had to properly yell a few times to get them to slow down - but I couldn't be everywhere.
They didn't even bring a cooler for my food - they just threw all my refrigerated and frozen food in a box to sit on the hot truck.
Here's the kicker with packing: I finally unpacked the last box recently and found my fruit bowl with moldy fruit in it. Why, on earth, would you just wrap the fruit up in the bowl and put it in a box?
Lastly, no one in the crew spoke English, even though the sales person said at least one English speaker would be on the ground. This made it very hard to communicate.
I would not recommend KNT.

I have to say they are excellent, with 3 small children and moving house is a headache but these guys they are super professional, right on time, know what to do, and it super seamless process. If there were 100 stars I give them 1000, highly recommended!! Worth every penny
