Insistent on own timing, which was 2.5hrs earlier, on the expense of owner. Mad rush due to it and the guy was very rude as though I begged him to move my stuff. Also complain the boxes are heavy(do I have a choice?) Box written with fragile was threw on the floor. Definitely last time using their svc.

They lost some of our boxes and don't take responsibility for this. They might be 50 SGD cheaper than their competitors but it's not worth the risk of re-purchasing your things because somehow they are not delivered to the new address. I definitely don't recommend KNT Movers.

I have engaged KNT movers for a move from jurong East to sengkang. The officer I liaise with, Ms Sandy was responsive and efficient. She also did her best to cater to my changing requests and facilitated a smooth and easy move. In addition I was also pleasantly suprised that the workers actually handcarried the boxes into my home instead of using a trolley. Even though it must have been difficult to do that, they did it fast and efficient. Overall, I would rate this a great service

Excellent and impeccable service delivered by KNT Movers. They were dot on time for our relocation service. They had adequate staff and knew the standard operating procedure in exact terms as they had to follow and deliver. No damage done during the move and the staff was extremely courteous and well versed. - It's a must recommended.
