Moved from Bencoolen to East Coast. Setting up the move was super easy as they contact you on whatsapp and ask you send photos of everything. Then they will provide you a quote. Once accepted, they will send you brand new boxes (very helpful) to pack your stuff a week or so before. On the day, drivers were on time and packed up our apartment in about an hour. We headed to our new place and the team were there about an hour later and moved everything in perfectly! Highly recommend, however the more detail you give the better your service will be. I found keeping in contact with the whatsapp person the best way to ensure the drivers would be ON TIME as condos can be brutal about letting you move on certain times.
