I could not be happier with KNT’s service for my recent move. They were punctual, courteous, efficient, and careful. In addition to that, team leader Bao’s guys were a fun bunch with whom we enjoyed exchanging banter all day! From the intitial survey by Felix to the final box moved, everything was perfect. 5 stars!

Super efficient and friendly. Everything went smoothly and we completed our move ahead of time. Very value for money as well and they didn’t care that we had one or two extra boxes on top of what was quoted. Definitely recommend.

The pre move service was good. And I thought I paid more for reliability and confidence that everything will go well on moving day. However, on moving day I was very disappointed the moment I arrive at the storage facility. The workers are doing things more for their convenience than to help me. One of the workers is very negative and keep telling me not enough space and insist on me getting another bigger storage unit. Prior to my move, I have carefully asked KNT and the storage facility on the space required and I even tried to get something that was bigger. This is not the first time I move and I have used another company before. That company trouble shoot and try their best to fit in my stuff. All of them work hard to fit in my stuff. But the KNT movers are generally unwilling to try and even my husband has to get his hands dirty to try to troubleshoot. And that worker just stood there and give negative feedback. May I know who is the one paying for service? A picture tells a thousand words. See the pictures and you judge for yourself, is this how you store things in storage?

I'm quite impressed with their efficient customer services. Also, moving is a complicated job for me, but I don't need to worry throughout whole process and they get the job well done. Definitely will engage with them again!

The movers were very unprofessional! Lousy service! No standard! Very rough when handling my things. After they wrapped, they just anyhow throw the big roll of plastic wrapper to the wall or floor, causing a loud bang sound! Luckily my wall did not chip. One of them even hit my chandelier and broke it. Over my new place they just push the whole trolley in and unloaded it roughly. At that point I also blur! At least they shd unwrap it and bring in box by box. They just want an easy job! Very unprofessional! And they dont know how to handle electrical appliances too. There are many more to say..... I paid a higher for their service cos I thought KNT is very professional and will do a better job then others but infact is NOT! Will not be using their service again! I wonder is the managment looking into it??
