I have another bad review to add to the sum. Contacted KNT for move. They asked for pictures of the things I need moving. Thry even quoted me a price. I texted them on Sunday night to ask if the move is confirmed. On Monday I texted them again. They said not confirmed. They pointed the finger at me for not confirming with them. Totally unpleasant and unprofessional. Now I have to urgently look for another mover.

Really happy we hired KNT as they came highly recommended. Felix estimated we required 80 boxes while other movers told us we only needed 40. Luckily he gave us 80 as we used all of them. The fee was also reasonable too. The movers were all very professional and careful with the items. They had lots to move and we live in a five storey home. They had to carry all the boxes and put them in the appropriate floors. After the move, we realised we had forgotten to move our washing machine and 2 ovens and contacted them. We were willing to pay extra but they did it for us FOC. We would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs to move their stuff as they were efficient, fast and affordable.

Engaged their services to help to move house on March 3rd. These photos showing the damages resulted from their movers' rough handling. I strongly discourage you guys to use KNT. When i contacted them regarding the damages, they denied any responsibility for their actions, and simply claimed that they had informed us about the damages prior to moving, which is simply false. For example, I have a new Samsonite luggage bag (attached below) that i had only used twice and not used for more than a year (due to the pandamic), and was in good condition. After the movers moved it to my new apartment, the wheel was broken, yet they pushed the blame to us, claiming that it was a used luggage and that they are not responsible for the damages. They were also extremely unresponsive to our queries, taking days to reply even though I contacted a personal number on whatsapp. Overall, the entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend anybody to ever use KNT. There are many other competitors out there, I strongly believe any one of them would be better than this mess of a experience I had to go through.

Did not complete the job they quoted for, but still charged me the full price. As well as not moving my bed, they dismantled my fridge/freezer then left saying they were late for another job, which meant all my chilled & frozen goods were spoiled. Also excessive marks on the walls & furniture due to lack of care. Advised on the day by telephone that I would be compensated for the bed that was not moved, but then did not respond to any emails on the topic.

We had an unfortunate experience with KNT movers. We had received very positive recommendations from friends and were at first confident that they were the right choice of movers. We were totally wrong. The movers were unprofessional, extremely rough with packing our stuff (left our guitar laying out on the road, tossed all our leather shoes, clothes together roughly in a box, packed live plants into a box with other heavy things, pulled at our cables and tossed them all tangled into a box ...) with no labeling system whatsoever and the boxes ended up being everywhere. There was also severe damage to our things, our expensive leather couch majorly dented, our four poster bed chipped, our floor lamp broken, our wooden table chipped and scratched. They also have no concept of time, and was still reassembling our furniture at 1030 pm, after moving our boxes and just placing them anywhere in the new house. They did offer to try to repair the damage and attempted to do so - the lamp was fixed but otherwise our stuff will forever be broken. Even their in-house repairman has said that this is the worst damage from a move he has seen, and that the quality is dependent on the team of movers sent. We negotiated a small discount but this does not compensate us for the damage incurred. Stay away from KNT if you want to keep your stuff intact.
