Here’s a strong review you can post: Absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. They promised to deliver the boxes between 3–6pm, but only arrived after 7pm with zero accountability or proper update. I specifically requested 12 boxes, expecting decent quality since I’m paying for a service. Instead, they delivered only 5 new boxes and the remaining 7 were old, used boxes that literally stank. Completely unacceptable for a moving company. To make things worse, when I raised my concerns, the person actually called me and said if I’m “not happy then they can don’t do my business.” Extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive attitude towards customers. Late delivery, poor quality materials, horrible customer service, and zero professionalism. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
