Disappointed with the service provided by Moverstation. While their staff was friendly, their time management was abysmal. Throughout the entire process, we were forced to cater to their time slots for sending and collecting boxes. They constantly told us that they didn't have a slot to visit our area, which caused significant inconvenience. Engage this company only if you are very free staying at home 24 hrs to cater their schedule. But the worst part was on moving day itself. Despite confirming the schedule, they arrived a whopping 2 hours late! This not only threw off our entire moving plan but also caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. For a company that claims to provide professional moving services, their inability to manage time effectively is unacceptable. Unless they seriously revamp their scheduling and logistics, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
