Terrible experience - the movers arrived 2 hours late, with no accountability or communication throughout. Extremely unprofessional, especially given how time-sensitive and stressful moving and packing already are.

Service was great and they moved my stuff gently. Staff was friendly and attentive. There was 1 hr delayed from my original time. Other than that, all was good.

My TV was not wrapped well and when it reached my new house it was sitting sideways. When I unpacked i saw the screen cracked and asked for resolution. In the end they refused to take full responsibility because I only notified them a few days later. However nobody told me to unpack on the spot to check for damage and they said that’s their company policy to take responsibility only if damage is found on the spot. After much argument, they refunded me 100 only for a perfectly good thousand dollar tv.
