We used Phoenix movers for our home move last week and we had an excellent experience. Communication with their office was always on point, and answers to my questions provided immediately. On the actual move days, their movers were excellent- very careful with our boxes (we packed ourselves), very professional, hard-working, friendly and efficient. Everything was transported safely to our new place; we also used their handyman service to put a TV on the wall and this job was very well done as well. I will definitely be recommending Phoenix movers to friends looking for moving services in Singapore.

We recently used this moving company for both packing and moving, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
What was originally estimated to take 2 days was completed in just 1 day. The team arrived, got straight to work, and everything was incredibly well planned and executed. I was genuinely amazed at how efficient, organised, and fast they were without compromising on care.
They labelled all the boxes clearly, which has made unpacking so much easier for us. Most impressively, not a single item was damaged, even though we have quite an extensive whiskey and wine collection, everything arrived perfectly intact.
From the initial quotation (with Jackie coming down to assess our place) through to customer service and the moving day itself, the experience was exceptional. Their pricing was also very fair, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises.
Overall, they exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them - 10/10!
