We engaged Phoenix Mover for moving and storage services during our recent home renovation. Despite not being our first choice as their storage facility is non air conditioned, we were eventually won over by their sincerity, friendliness and humbleness. Sales manager, Mr Jacky, who came for site survey, provided practical and sound advice on how to store our items. He was also very helpful when we had to retrieve just 1 box from storage 1 week before our move back home. The moves to/fro storage were executed flawlessly. The crew took great care of our items and helped us to position our furniture exactly where we wanted them to be, down to the precise spot. A big shout out to Ah Sum who helped to assemble 1 of our bookcases. It was a huge and heavy piece, and was challenging to assemble. Ah Sum spent more than 1 hour patiently putting it together. He also installed 1 of the sagging shelves upside down so that it can eventually be straightened again. What a brilliant move! The ladies over Whatsapp (Ms Cindy and Ms Yunis) were always so polite and prompt in their replies. It was such a breeze communicating with them each time. Phoenix Mover has made our moving and storage experiences painless and stress-free. Professional, reliable, happy workers – an amazing team and company indeed! Had a fantastic experience with Phoenix Movers! Despite having numerous queries on the move, Yunis / the team was patient and always responsive. On the day of the move, Bashar and team were very efficient, professional and responsible. When we had mistakenly thought one of our boxes was missing, Bashar made sure all was in order (despite this being our mistake) before moving on to their next job. All in all a great experience!
