My moving experience with them was just great! All the movers were so nice and polite, more importantly they are very efficient. They arrived on time, pack my furnitures and knick knacks very carefully, then load all the things smoothly to the truck. Same thing happened when we were in the new apartment, unloading were even faster and no fuss at all.
Special mention for the office coordinator, Yunis. One day upon confirmation of my moving date, she arranged all the administrative documents plus posted moving deposit on my behalf to my old apt management and the new one as well. She is working so swiftly, very patient, very clear and thoroughly answers all of my questions!

I had two kids on holidays and I thought I would die moving houses on the same week! Thanks to Phoenix Movers everything went smoothly π They took care of all deposits/forms/lift pads in both condos, and disassembled/moved/assembled all furniture in 4 hours! Yunis (move administrator) and Safiq (onsite mover) are both exceptional. Been 15yrs since our last move and google reviews are helpful for narrowing down on relocation help. Phoenix and Vimbox stood out but latter is a complete waste of time with Surveyor: Sebastian never calling nor showing up.
Yunis on the other hand is responsive, helpful, thoughtful and extremely reliable. Great communication with me and between admin-move teams. Move was punctual, coordinated and packing team was amazing - everything handled with much care and respect.
Less impress with team lead and luckily for him, Shafiq + rest of team more than made up for his lack of everything⦠took a brief from me but barely communicate with the team and rarely visible. Safiq was liaison for me and the dozen+ team.
Overall, Yunis and Safiq are 20 out of 10.

Moved twice (into temporary housing and then into new home after renovation). The Phoenix Mover team was very communicative, helpful, patient and professional throughout, from their onsite survey and quotation, to their handling, positioning and reassembly of all furniture and other items. Truly lived up to their tagline. Highly recommended!

Note: they can help to dismantle and assemble the furnitures as well as organise it in the position that you need in the new home/office.
I have used their service twice and yes I will engage them again in future.
