While we have moved house in the past, it was from one place to another. This time, however, not only were we moving house, we also required the disposal of many items that we would no longer need, including a large fridge and two tall cabinets. They were, in fact, two different jobs but Phoenix Mover rose to the occasion by doing them at the same time and very efficiently. The work included taking two unused and unassembled bed frames to the new home and putting them together there. The two operations — the move to our new home and the disposal of items — took only four hours. This was all the more impressive because we moved from the Marymount area in central Singapore to Chinatown in the island’s south. This meant that Phoenix Mover did the work in less time if we minus that taken for the journey. — Bachan Singh

The large furniture items were moved in a somewhat satisfactory manner (though there was some damage). The small items that we paid them to have professionally packed were just tossed into boxes, there was a lot of breakage totalling more than the cost of the move. When I asked them to refund me JUST for the packing service that was not done as advertised they refused. I told them I would write a bad review bc I am unhappy with the service and they threatened legal action/filed a police report against me. My advice is if you have a lot of small breakables either pack yourself or hire another company. Personally I'd never use this company again they're morally bankrupt and don't really care to do a good job. There were other issues too like their employees eating food from my fridge and drinking some alcohol from my fridge which I really didn't even care about after unpacking and finding all the damaged and broken items. And to the company go ahead and add this to your police report, I stand by my review. EDIT: Based on below response I will be contacting CASE because your response is inaccurate and problematic. I have taken a screen cap to show them along with all my other proof.

Everything by was very smooth. The movers were friendly professional and quite is reasonable too. We have used them for 3 moves over 12 years.
