We learned about Phoenix Movers by chance when an associate appointed them to collect a piece of fine furniture from my home. Watching their skills, passion and professionalusm in moving just one piece of furniture impresses me much. I asked the supervisor (Bashar) for their contact. A few months later we needed to move home. We called on their Sales Manager Mr. Jacky Xiang who was very responsive and affable. A deal was signed for a multiple-staged move . We were quite worried and stressed about the BIG moves. When the day/s of the move came Phoenix's chaps were absolutely WONDERFUL! They went about their work in a cheerful, careful and respectful manner; taking so much care to ensure that our possessions were treated very carefully. The moves were completed by two diffetent teams but both of them were equally great. We started our moves with much trepidation but we need not have been. All the way from the Sales Manager Jacky to the coordinating staff (Yunis) , Bashar and the second team, THANK YOU! You guys were great! Icing on the cake- its priced rather competitively too.
