First time using Phoenix Mover Singapore for my home removal. Impressive service attitude by the Sales Manager Jacky who did on site assessment giving good advise and understanding. The follow up by office staff Yunis was also very courteous, precise and helpful. On the removal day, the team works well under a capable supervisor and they took good care of our belongings. They were ok. What struck me is that they broke the only piece of furniture we had and pasted glue on some items which was so weird. I still have a finger mark on a filter.
