Jacky came down for a physical site review which is quite impressive these days instead of having to liaise back and forth over whatapps. Basha the professional mover was also good in suggesting fridge and cupboard placement to make full efficient use of space. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently.

We moved house just a few days ago and we were very happy with our decision to employ Phoenix Mover as our moving company. The team was very punctual and professional, they were focused on having the job done without even taking a break. Despite many furniture and a lot of boxes, they tried their best and managed to finish the move within a day so we could start settling in our new place the soonest. Their front desk was also very responsive with emails and whatsapps, nothing was amiss from start to finish. Thanh you Yunis and Cindy for coordinating our move, thank you Jacky for evaluating our possessions and thank you the moving team for doing such a good job. Great and fast service. Easy to communicate as the response is very prompt and communication is clear. Given quotation do not have any hidden cost and is accurate. Movers are friendly, professional and fast. They took great care of our belongings and handled everything gently with care. Ms Yunis who I was communicating with my via e-mail and I believe the chat is friendly and responded to my questions politely and professionally. And although there was slight miscommunication about time schedule (which was mostly my fault) she promptly sorted it out. Used Phoenix movers twice already and if I have to move house again, they will definitely be my choice again.
