Fantastic service from Phoenix mover! The team made sure that first of all we had all the materials needed to prepare for the move. On the move day itself, they were punctual and moved quickly, and they made an effort to stack the boxes by fragility and weight to make sure our belongings were well protected (and they were!). They made the entire process very smooth for us, and even took the initiative to get the necessary approvals for the move! Well done team!

Second time in 3 years that we had to move house (2,500+sqf, including 2 pianos, antique wooden furniture and valuable paintings). Phoenix movers was excellent from start to finish: Free survey with a quick (1 business day) customer friendly quote (which focused on the few items they DIDN'T have to bring and included everything else, instead of, like the other mover quotes on itemizing and therefore limiting what was to be moved); the lower quote by over 10% cheaper than the next cheapest quote; A supervisor who did careful surveys on the day and listened/noted difficult-to-move items; Environmentally friendly materials used: thick blankets and used boxes (see pics); simply excellent and careful packing, moving and unpacking (not just of high value items); careful driving in a covered van. Great communication throughout both with the movers and the admin back in the office. On-time throughout too, within +/- 5 mins of given arrival times. Will use them and recommend them again without a doubt. Thank you Mr Liu and team as well as Cindy for organizing/coordinating.

Fast and friendly customer service - provides clear quotation including optional costs with no hidden clauses. We were in quite a rush to find a mover after dealing with an initial one that was very non responsive and only had 3 days to pack before the planned move date - Phoenix Movers sent us the requested amount of boxes right away the next day so we could complete the packing. On the moving day, the moving team arrived promptly and was careful, professional and friendly during the entire moving process - it took just 2.5hrs from their arrival to the completion of job. I would happily recommend their service to my friends, families and colleagues.

Phoenix movers team was very responsive from the time I contacted them to the collection of boxes. They are good value for money and movers team were very courteous and helpful.
