While the administrative part to book the service was smooth, the actual moving was bad. The mover was very rude and damaged the items as well as my house. During the final payment, he had outdated info on the cost and was losing his patience by shouting at someone over the phone plus using expletives. I wouldn't recommend this company. I think the rating and reviews here are NOT an accurate representation of the actual quality of service provided.

Some months ago, we have enlisted Phoenix Mover for house removal through the internet advertisements. This was decided after going through several house mover agencies. Our reasons for engaging Phoenix Mover was purely because they're very responsive and truthful! The company could send a representative to our house to advise us and provide us a quotation which we could easily compare with other agencies. True enough Phoenix Mover had the best in terms of money saving and better services. We're indeed very satisfied with Phoenix Mover on the day where they despatched a moving crew of five led by a strong team leader Mr Liu whom we rated him 'excellent' in all areas of his work. They're very efficient and professional! Well, we would definitely not forget the office staffs who are very courteous, helpful, and promptly reminded us of the date and time for the house moving. We're very appreciative of Phoenix Mover to provide such value added service like assembly of the storage bed few months after house removal. I will strongly recommend Phoenix Mover to my relatives and friends !

Engaged their service for our house moving, Yunis was very friendly and prompt in replying our enquiries, price is reasonable and affordable, top-notch service rendered by the mover team. All items were well wrapped including our bulky massage chair and fragile items, strongly recommended!

Professional quality movers.. Service is flexible even though I quoted 7 boxes but turns out to have more and some hand carry items and pillows the crew is kind enough to help.. With the price on a weekend it's worth it.. Include dismantling and reassemble of furnitures which was a hassle to do so but they managed to do with ease.. Will definitely engage their services again.. Call centre is friendly and helpful as well..
