I started engaging their services in May 2019 liaising with Jackie and Lisa. Upon our request they made a trip down to assess our moving out condition the very next day and provide the quote within the week! Lisa was especially patient when I needed to amend the quotes multiple times. She handled my queries and requests professionally. I would also like to thank the staff who helped to pack and move. They did not complain even though our items were heavy and not so easy to shift and always have a smile on their faces. I could see the great teamwork among them. Overall I like working with Phoenix Mover and am going to engage them again for their end of year moving out.

I moved last weekend, and the Phoenix Mover moving team arrived on time to pack my refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, piano, bed, etc., wrapping them in thick cloth for protection. All these items arrived at my new address intact. We also had several boxes containing ceramic and glass dishes labeled "Fragile," which were also moved safely without any damage.
