I engaged Phoenix movers for my house move for the first time last month and was very glad for the decision. The movers, all from mainland China, were very nice, polite and professional. While their English may not be the best, since I speak Mandarin it wasn't an issue. Everything went well and nothing was broken. My new condo has long hallway etc but they didn't complain a single bit. When they finished, my 80 year old mom accused them of losing some boxes. The team lead was very patient, counting again and again with my mom and in the end my mom realized she made a mistake. She quickly apologized to the team lead and he said "no problem. I was as worried that there might be an issue. I am just very happy that nothing was missing." Also my mom kept telling the movers to place things here, then didn't like it, and asked them to move again further in further to the left etc. and each time the movers patiently complied. I was extremely impressed and will for sure use them again for my next move!!! Keep up the good work, Phoenix!

Phoenix mover team really gave us a great and pleasant experience from the beginning till the end of moving day. They has contacted me within the day to clarify on the items to move and advise me on what we could expect based on their experience and they has shown no frustration even i sent multiple whatsapp message to check on some minor ascertain and the changes on date. they do follow up closely too. thank you to the customer service staffs. on the moving day, the supervisor and moving staffs are very focus on their work. they had carried out the work professionally even though there are some unexpected incidents. i am very appreciate the service rendered. All staffs are friendly. Million thanks to the team. Had recommended to my friend and will continue to recommend to friends who need moving service.

We have used their service last March. I have nothing but kind words for the staff and the company. Service-wise, they were very efficient and had very good customer service. I was liaising with Lisa. She was very prompt and helpful. When I called them to inquire, they had their staff come to our old condo to assess the amount of stuff we are moving to the new condo on the same day. Price-wise it's definitely worth it. Highly recommended. Good job guys!
