I’ve been working with Phoenix Movers for over 3 years, utilizing them for a charitable organization’s transport needs. Last month I engaged Phoenix for a private, residential move as well. From sales and customer service, and all the way down to respecting and understand complex moving instructions, and being flexible and having a can-do attitude, Phoenix ticks all my boxes - pun intended. In our most recent move, Phoenix quoted us the most reasonable price, and we could not find any negative comparison to the main mover companies. They reassembled all of our furniture exactly how we wanted, and took great care with our old and dilapidating pieces. Cindy, our account manager, was very responsive and gave us the feeling of a personal, customer relationship. My wife detests moving, but knowing we can trust Phoenix Movers for whatever is our next island hop will go a long way to bringing down the stress levels in our home.
