5 stars only for movers themselves. Gracious and meticulous. Unfortunately, the admin side causes great problems. Think carefully, movers are great but admin can play you out. Untrustworthy admin service. Arranged for 2pm but company called to change to 12.30pm. My family agreed and adjusted our schedule to fit their timing. But movers came one hour later. No one called to inform us they will be delayed. Only after i called then they inform us to wait longer. Why change to earlier time slot when you cannot meet the timing? And why no one ingirm us earlier there is a delay?

First time using mover services and Phoenix Mover really set the standard! From Cindy who patiently replied my 101 questions, Jacky who came on-site and delivered the pre-move packing materials, and the operations team of Thiru & his crew. They arrived on time, earlier in fact, and were extremely efficient. I requested - Packing, Moving, Disposal, Storage, Secondary Location and they were adaptable to all my requirements. The moving crew took effort to wrap, pack & transport my belongings safely. I would definitely recommend their services & will be using them again in the near future!
