Try moving a three-person household across the island, by yourself, into a smaller apartment. And no Marie Kondo around. Phoenix did an outstanding job, from quotation to delivery and set-up. Quotation included useful options. They kept me informed proactively and answered questions efficiently. They coordinated across origin and destination, with me in copy. And as for the actual move: everyone was clearly kept informed from start to end. The moving team not only helped box and wrap (TV, mattresses, etc): they delivered boxes in advance so I could start packing. On the day itself, their teamwork was clearly visible. Also, they explored and advised with me from room to room what else needed packing. Highly recommended!
