Just did the move today. Very nice movers. Had 3 of them who were very friendly, fast even though my bed was hard to dismantle and reinstall. They were way pass lunch time but they were still very keen in their job. Also, Terence and their admin/cust service were all very friendly and prompt in response. No hidden cost and reasonable charge. Thanks alot for making my move so smooth. Will use again in 3 years time when i need to move again!

I will not recommend Red Sun Movers because their mover is VERY VERY VERY RUDE. His name is Eugene. Right from the beginning, he acted like he was the big boss. When I told him to be careful with the more fragile items, he didn’t like it. He said that if they are damaged then I can make comments. So I told him that when the damage is done it is too late. After the move, I found many scratches on my bed frame and my new flooring. When I pointed them out to him, he did not apologise. At the end of the move, after I paid him, he wanted to take a photograph of the screen on my phone to show that the money had been transferred. When I took a slip of paper to cover up my bank account number, he became very angry and snatched that slip of paper away. I have the right not to show anybody my bank account number. It is confidential. This is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. Eugene must learn some manners.

The young lady who picked up the call is extremely unfriendly and rude. What I can say is, I believe we don always move house all the times unless necessarily, so I politely drop her some of my doubts because she never explain how they charge and never provide any further details. The way she replied is very impatience and not keen to explain. Before I can experience their professional service, this phone call definitely make me change my mind to engage them. I'll not recommend to any of my friends for sure.
