I found Red Sun from a friend's recommendation and needless to say, it's a great find! My 22 boxes (picture only showing half) were moved in just half an hour! The TV in the picture was solidly duct taped and padded to ensure no damage during transport. Communication was constant and security deposit are provided day-off to save a lot of hassle for me. Considering the quality, the cost of moving was like a steal. I would engage Red Sun anytime for relocation needs going forward and pass down the legend through word of mouth.

It was a very wrong choice to select red sun movers for moving my furniture - Initially they were responsive on email - but as I first timer for moving house - I was not guided properly - example for things like - handyman services which you might require for reassembly for your wall mounted TV - this was even after explicitly asking them to do a site survey for proper assessment of what services I might require. Also the moving service was poor quality - cling wrap was not properly used as you can see from the photo of my mattress. They didn’t have bubble wrap and I provided mine. And lastly you can see the wonderful quality of their moving service - my washing machine knob is not working and is showing wrong Timings now - this shows the extra care they take towards moving your stuff. And lastly I would like to call out their great customers support who have not responded to my emails after I paid in full.
