Overall very unpleasant and unprofessional customer service interaction. After reading some of the reviews here, I decided to check if some suitcases and ironing board/plastic drying rack, will it be included in their quote - they said its going to be an extra 50$...which is more than 10% of the quote. doesnt make sense after they quoted 450$ for large size furniture like sofas, tables etc...gives me a feeling that they are trying to low ball on the initial quote and then charge you extras once you commit... and after i asked whats the procedure if anything is damaged - they told me to buy my own insurance... their insurance is 200$ extra...
