Recently engaged red sun movers to do a move. They were very punctual and responsible and will definitely recommend them to my relatives and friends. One thing I love about them is all the items were either wrapped nicely or packed nicely in their boxes. Everything were well protected and taken care of during the move. I can happily say I didn’t sweat a bit as their planning is superb. Kudos to the team! Thank you!

Awesome service from John and his team. They might be rough looking but definitely handle your furnitures and items with upmost care. Their wrapping skills are excellent and packing considerations are on point. Definitely will recommend their service :)

We engaged Red Sun Movers for our house reno where they packed our stuffs and sent to the storage and back home. I must say I am very impressed with the guys on site on both occasions. They are professional in wrapping up all the items and efficient in moving the items out of the house and into the storage. Their punctuality is also very much appreciated since we engaged them in the morning. Arrangements for them to come in for quotation and delivery is also just a WhatsApp away.

Engaged Red Sun to help our move, all furnitures for 3 bedrooms apt and 100 boxes of items from Queenstown to Selegie in 2018. Terrance, the supervisor, was always fast to respond on his mobile. I was given boxes, bubble wraps, tapes, and labels as soon as I confirmed the job. They were on time and worked very fast. I didn't know that my new condo doesn't allow the 15ft lorry to drive into the basement carpark where the lift is. Terrance responded fast and managed to get smaller lorry to enter a few times instead. I was very relief. Also my condo stopped moving activities by 4:30pm so Terrance got extra staffs to help. Everything was done on time and there was not a single damage even though they had to carry some of the big furnitures down the stairs. I was very pleased w the services and well job done. I should have done the review then but only got to do google review recently. Thanks Terrance!

Personally, I’m not impressed with their service. I engaged their services last year, it was quite ok. But this time I was utterly disappointed with them and will not recommend their service to anyone I know. It was for the moving of two locations to one. 1. They scratched my wall during the move and when I told them about it they said they are very busy and ask me to go and buy the paint and claim from them. I would assume they want us to repaint the wall ourselves and rectify their fault for them. I don’t think this is reasonable. Why would I pay $500 for moving services (for ‘professional movers’) and then spend time contacting my old contractors checking what paint colour code I used previously for my house and then take leave to search for paint and paint the wall myself? 2. The next thing is that they called me to reschedule the time to collect the boxes and I accommodate their timing. Then they call again to change the timing and said that they are now arranging for a different team to collect the boxes. Once again, I accommodate their timing but I don’t feel that they are thankful at all. The impression they gave me was that they are all very busy people and should we engage their services, we will need to abide to their timing and schedule. I feel very unappreciative (even when I tried to accommodate to their timing) and the way they treat their customers was not pleasant at all. I feel very disturbed and will do my homework more extensively in future if I need to move again. Jo
