No star!!! For bad attitude and rude. After an argument over service lapses, manager of REDSUN Mover cancel their services 2 days prior to my moving day. In addition, shouting over the phone with the client saying the do not need the business instead of calming the client. This is totally unprofessional, even the client may be wrong, one does not threaten and cancel one services due to a disagreement, this is breach of contract. A nightmare to the client, as I had to find a new mover. The company is seemed to be run by untrained staff in customer service. The argument over the phone, the manager was almost like a gangster shouting at the client and threatening to cancel service. It is apparent REDSUN Mover is not able to take feedback from a client. Use them at your own risk, pray there are no laspses as you not allow to confront on it.

Horrible service right at the start. The sales girl insisted on getting some private details before they were willing to arrange for site visit. I told them that i will let them know the unit number once they confirmed. I have already provided them with the location of building but they are just so rigid on insisting this and that. Inflexible, rude and poor follow up. I had to chase them many times to get answers to my request for quotation. Not sure how authentic the good reviews here are. BOYCOTT!!!!
