The 3 young men Reagan, Simon, Arep are very professional and efficient. Reagan is very reassuring when i expressed concerns that my store may not be big enough to store the furniture. But he is really amazing and stacked my stuff according to my needs in the store and still managed to give me some space to move around. Will definitely get their services and recommend to others.

Unfortunately, my experience with Red Sun Movers Pte Ltd was extremely disappointing. Despite choosing them based on positive reviews, the service I received did not meet expectations. Here's a summary of the issues I faced: Understaffed Team Only 3 workers were assigned for moving a 4-bedroom condo with 100 boxes. The move took from 9:30 AM to 5.40 PM. No accountability There was no accounting of the boxes before moving by the supervisor. Damages 75-inch TV screen has a dent at the corner and glass cracked beyond repair. The compensation offered was only S$100, which is grossly inadequate. The washer hose was forcibly removed, leading to water splashing at the old location. At the new location, workers failed to use the washer tap adapter, causing water to splash again when the washer was turned on. Delayed Refund Process The S$300 deposit for rented boxes was only refunded after I followed up, despite the boxes being collected on 11th December 2024. It took them four days to arrange the collection, and I only received my refund today.

The team assigned to support my move was very efficient and made the move swiftly. As my condo only allows half day move on Sat, the team came over 2 days to first load the first batch into their trunk to turnaround faster. The team that came over two days was very helpful and were very careful with our items. Only managed to get some names of the team on second day which are Ejai, Weilun, nick, raihan and Eswa (hope I got it right). Thank you team!
