I completed two moves with Red Sun: first to their store and then to my house when ready. Eswa, Meng, and Lun deserve 5 stars for their help in moving my items correctly, especially Eswa who went extra mile to keep me informed and address punctuality issues during the first move. However, gave 4 stars as I felt there is room for improvement in the company's planning and operations to prevent the issues I encountered during the initial move.
