Overall: Unflexible, UNREASONABLE, will only take furniture you specify and WILL NOT move anything else even if they still have space for you to put other things. Pls avoid & save yourselves the headache. Of all my FIVE moving house experiences, this jas by far been the WORST. We only had around 15 boxes, a 3seater L shaped sofa, 2 small chairs, one small bedside table, a washer. With such little furniture, they said they did not have enough space for our fridge, and said they wanted to CHARGE us to move our fridge. So suddenly when i pay $200 you have space that popped out of nowhere? when orginally they said they could take sofa, washer, fridge, and THIRTY BOXES. Yet with our little boxes, they claim they do not have enough space. Make it make sense. When we asked to talk with their on site superior, he said that they will only take what was mentioned in the message, and since we didnt mention chairs, they wont move our chairs, and since we didnt mention a bedside table, then they wont move the table. BUT WE DIDNT EVEN USE 30BOXES, and they claim they dont have space for anything, and want to charge us extra. THEN THEY SWITCH IT UP, saying they cant take it bcz it wasnt a listed item. Please stop changing up your words. Have some consistensy in what you are saying.
