I was quoted a price for my move from one condo to another, including two night's storage. Then, I was told (after I paid my deposit), that the price they quoted was incorrect and doubled my quote. To their credit, they phoned me directly on a later date and apologised. I find their rates too high to justify (in my case), but do respect that they tried to make amends.
