This was our first engagement with a mover, we were pleased to have chosen Red Sun to do the job. Surveyor Mr, Terrance was accurate in the number of boxes we need and the quotation was reasonable. Even though some of the used boxes provided initially were not in good conditions but they promptly replaced them when I highlighted it to them. One the day of moving, 4 men led by Mr. Reagan did the job so quickly, proficiently and professionally. Despite some hiccups with the lift serviceability which delayed their schedule, they remained clam and professional in completing the job. Mr. Reagan was very helpful and did not hesitate to assist us with additional request. The team organised the boxes in exactly the way we wanted them, Mr. Reagan even helped us to set up the washing machine and dryer in working conditions. We were very impressed with the service and will definitely engage them again to move back when our renovation is completed in a few months time. Good job guys, keep up the good work!

Now that I can have the time sitting down on my couch in the comfort of my newly moved in house. I would like to share my positive experience with this company that I have engaged for moving into my new house. Firstly, communication was at ease & fuss-free. I sent in an email enquiry. The admin team replied back to me so promptly. A followed up phone call was made by their sales team. Felt like I totally don’t even have to chase for their reply. They took the initiative to reach out to me with more precise quotes and details. Because of their proactiveness, this is what made me feel rest assured even way prior to the moving phase. There is also no language barrier and makes communication way effective as they have personnels who are bi-lingual, able to speak English and Chinese fluently. Previously I had engaged other movers service whom couldn’t understand what I was implying. Hence, 2-way communication is very important to ensure everything is in order. Glad that Red Sun movers team has no issue with communication! Secondly, entire process from quotation till actual moving was super efficient & time saving. I was so occupied with my Wedding and work commitments. Hence I really appreciate that they are prompt, efficient and punctual. Thirdly, I am impressed with how well they took care of all my items. Honestly, what everyone fears most is property damage during the moving & transporting process. I personally witnessed that they used good quality cardboards to store my items & belongings. In addition, they even used cling wrap to secure it. This way, items are more secured. I even heard one of their staffs instructing the other that they should be more careful and do not drag any items over my new floor tiles. To further add on, it was drizzling that day and to my surprise, those carton boxes were not wet in the process of transporting over to my place. Thank you for protecting the cartons for me, because if the cartons are wet, especially there were branded handbags in there, the leather might be damaged due to the wet humidity, truly appreciate it! Fourthly, integrity is the key! I left my Chanel earrings and my Lv necklace on the dining table. One of their staff actually reminded me to keep it away and store it safely elsewhere because the main door is opened and I am actually waiting for food deliveries to arrive. So they mentioned it’s better to play safe than be sorry. I was honestly very impressed for this. This didn’t even cross my mind that I should be more alert with my own valuables. Last but not least, their pricing and quotes are very very very reasonable. This is not the first time I have engaged moving services. I know what is the market rate! If you have communicated everything to the movers team, they will already informed you what is the upfront charges and all costs that were involved. If you are happy with the quote, you take it. Previously I engaged a few other movers company, they literally play stunt on the day and told me that there are additional cost out of nowhere. It’s like you will be left with no choice but to accept their unreasonable add on charges because they are already in the midst of moving for you! Gosh, I don’t want to mention what are the companies. But you can see it on their review page. Hence, Red Sun Movers I could say they are very transparent in their quotation and they won’t shock you with any hidden costs. Thank god! I should have engaged them earlier so I don’t have to go through so much nonsense from those unethical companies. Moving forward, I will only engage Red Sun Movers and will recommend their services to all my friends and colleagues who are moving house. Basically, we can just entrust our items with them! Overall, I am so pleased & satisfy with their service and attitude.They honour what they say. They take pride in what they do. They indeed deliver and provide top notch quality moving services! No more next time! There was a hidden cost 250 which did not mention upon quotation. After reached and saw the furniture then asked to add on 250 for wrapping protection. I did send over the big cupboard, big table, wood statue and screen wall partition picture when quoting. But they did not mention there is a potential additional charges on these. All moving services provides the wrapping as well, why need to charges extra?!! I did use other movers services many times and move the same type of furniture but no ask for additional wrapping protection cost. The wrapping is like other normal moving wrapping! We moved between a different block in the same condo but it cost me 950!!! And went for tea break during the move!? Since everything was packed n I was no choice to proceed. Not recommended!!
