Used their service in Oct 2022. The movers irreversibly damaged the floor of my brand new house - the markings clearly dents in the wooden flooring due to the wheel of a very heavy trolley. I reported to customer service with all evidence, who at first denied it, then said they will get back after discussion and then stopped responding altogether. Would not recommend.
