Florence was the first point of contact and is very responsive to the needs and changes to the arrangements. We requested quite a few change of moving dates and she readily accommodated.
We specifically requested for the moving team to be led by Ejai after reading a lot of positive reviews. True to all those testimonials Ejai was a thorough professional and also makes moving very accommodating, smooth and even went the extra mile to help us with certain assembling and dismantling issues.

Hired this company to move and pack my belongings from my room to my new flat. Communication was quick over WhatsApp. It helps if you have a rough idea of how many boxes you need. I suggest over-estimating, as they will bring extra. For books they only pack boxes half full, otherwise they will be too heavy for the movers.
On moving day, the movers (two men, Ejai and Eswa) came on time. They were friendly and professional. They packed and moved my belongings really quickly. They wrap every 5 boxes together with plastic wrap, and were careful with fragile items.
Regarding payment, I paid half before the move, and the remainder once the boxes were delivered. They also collect $3 deposit per box, refundable if the boxes are returned within 1 month. Just leave the boxes outside, as there is no fixed time the movers will collect them. My deposit was returned quickly.
