We had 4 companies provide quotes for pack, move and unpack service. At the end, Shalom was the most expensive of all but we chose to go with them as Ong from Shalom was a stand out. He listened to what we needed and was the only one who followed up post quote. He was also there to give advice and help follow up to expedite something for us as well. The Shalom admin team was also always very responsive to my email queries. The Shalom team that packed, moved and unpack us did not disappoint. They packed all our fragile our items with care and listened to any requests that we might have. The team was also caring, they knew to set up our beds, sofa and dining table so we could rest before they left. They also did their best to unpack in a way that make best sense so we can start living in the new place while we make adjustments. The team that helped us move were very friendly and worked well together. Thank you Shalom for making the entire move process a stress free one.
