Never ever engage this mover, late for an hour without even an apologies and give gangster attitude, keep scolding his colleague at the entrance then come in with an angry look, staring at me asking me “what is your problem”! Seriously??? Then telling us that if you not ok tell us, we will go and abandon this job. The office guy Jackson still trying to resolve but it seems like they can’t even instruct their movers, this is a terribly sad case but credit to him still.

Shalom Movers helped with our office moving and we are very pleased with them. Matthew came for survey for quotation, and was quick to arrange for delivery of empty boxes and wrappings within a short notice. We would also like to compliment Mr. Wang for leading the team of movers. He was very professional with the wrapping of delicate furniture and equipment, was attentive and communicative throughout the moving process. The moving team also helped to protect the floor, doors and around the lift of the office building where we moved to. Our furniture and items were transported without any dents or damage. We used Shalom recently for a move. It was within the same condo, so no long distances involved. I'm really disappointed in them. I'd used them a long time ago and they provided the best service I'd ever experienced, and so my expectations were high. This time, they scratched the floor of the flat we were leaving, made mistakes in reassembling furniture, broke a number of items due to lack of care in packing and unpacking, and a valuable clock is still unaccounted for. They then had a very different version of events to us in terms of "what happened", including saying I supervised at times when I was in fact, at work. They have since stopped relying to our emails to resolve the outstanding issues. I'm genuinely disappointed, and hope that our experience was an anomaly.
