My engagement with Shalom initiated very positively with Matthew, who came to do a review/ survey of the items. The approach and questions were different from all other movers. I knew it was it was going to be smooth. We agreed to a date/ time. However, we had to make a change to which Matthew advised to email the ops team to which we were swiftly served. Now, the even better part are the actual movers that came to execute the work for me/my family. Reported 10mins ahead, gave all the great energy- probably knew this is a tough thing to take and Thiben was assigned to the task. He was supported by Tharma thru the process and Hassan was also onsite to ensure the "plan" was getting executed and they worked as a unit. There were more people to the job. The dissembled everything with care when we got to the new place, the assembled and even suggested on things to be done. This was a truly pleasant experience, and I am happy to have made this decision on Shalom movers and will totally recommend them. Were the the cheapeast - no, but the difference was minor- the professionalism and experience with the attitude was worth the price. Thank you team

I moved on Sat Dec 21st from a 4 storey townhouse which over 10 years， was chock-full of furniture, huge dragon pots & bric a brac. I am a satisfied customer of Shalom & would not hesitate to recommend them. The response to my email query was immediate, a pleasant & efficient surveyor sent to survey the work required and I received a quotation the day after. The quote of $3500 was reasonable considering the huge amount of items to be moved. Mr Wang, the supervisor explained the process & the moving team immediately proceeded to move the items, protecting them with clingfilm where necessary. It took about 3 hours to fill the 4 lorries & after a lunch break, the lorries left for the new house. The team was very organised and moved the boxes & furniture to the correct rooms on the various floors. I was impressed that I was asked how I wanted the furniture placed. Even if there was a stack of boxes in that area, the movers speedily carted them to another location so that my furniture item could be correctly placed. Under the capable supervision of Mr Wang, the team dismantled and reassembled two large beds and my dining table. This was done capably, with appropriate tools & much care. Thank you !! I did not hear a complaint even once. Mr Wang, Fatty & Suveer are specially mentioned but truly, I was very impressed by the teamwork and helpfulness of so many of the movers. Thank you Shalom !!

TLDR don't use. Terrible movers. First of all. Took so long to moved out from my house. they said could be done by 1 pm? Then they shifted only half into the lorry by 1. Then they didn't do anything for a few hours. I asked the movers what we waiting for he said they were on a "break". Yeah how come your break so long. until an old man came and forced them to move quickly. Finally finished at 7 pm. 2ndly, we estimated that our contractor could finish by a certain date so we told them a date. But our contractor told us he needed another 2 more days so we appealed to shalom to give us another 2 more days. But they told us, pay us ANOTHER 1000 SGD to do so. Seriously I am flabbergasted with these movers. Anyone who wants to use their services beware. You have been warned.
