Shalom Movers always arrive before scheduled time with broad smiles. We like their professionalism and teamwork. Our experience had been a pleasant and assuring one, with Mr KS Ong always ready to answer questions despite the late hours. The team today was very patient, respectful towards team mates and great teamwork. It was very good to have a mixture of younger men and more senior ones and they are all strong.

I have to tell everyone how amazing the Shalom team has been. We used them to move 11 years ago and again today. And they’ve been absolutely fantastic !!! My husband was traveling so I was left in Singapore with the task of moving. I must confess before they got here I was very stressed and worried. But then they packed up our entire house meticulously, they have a very thorough process in sorting the entire house and all of it felt effortless and smooth. As we all know moving can be very stressful and I’m so happy we got them to help us. They had a female colleague that packed all the clothes which I was very very happy about. Moving from the old unit to the new was done respectfully as well - making sure that the other businesses weren’t disturbed. A truly stress free move !! After we unpacked all the boxes, they even came to collect them. Every single person in this team is so hardworking and careful with all our stuff. You have a team you can absolutely be proud of. Thank you for putting the best team on my move. It’s been an absolute dream and no one ever says that about a move !! I had a wonderful and pleasant experience throughout my move and I'm certainly impressed with the team efficiency and professionalism. Joy, the site surveyor was very professional and patient in answering all of my queries. The cartons arrived quickly, and the delivery man was really nice. Every member in Team A1 maintained a pleasant & positive attitude throughout the entire moving procedure. Regardless of how heavy the objects are or how exhausted the movers are, they are always smiling and ready. Their camaraderie is truly fantastic. I can see how they found joy in their work. Thank you Shalom and Team A1 for making our house move a breeze!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Shalom Movers for many years, trusting them with both personal and office moves. Unfortunately, my recent experience was highly disappointing. During the re-delivery on 26 Aug 2024, a garang guni bag containing all my daughter’s clothes went missing, and a 65" Samsung TV that I had stored with them for four months arrived damaged, showing white patches on the screen. When I reported the missing bag and damaged TV to Shalom Movers, operations team, their response was dismissive. They claimed, "After investigating and speaking to the team, the garang guni bag was placed inside the last room." My daughter is still overseas and the boxes in her room are not unpacked yet. Regarding the TV, they stated it had been stored separately in a special rack and that "there was no mishandling," suggesting it was a "case of derangement." They refused to offer any compensation for the missing bag and the damaged TV. If they do not feel it is justifiable to compensate, I do understand. To me, is not about the compensation, It's about how the Admin Manager should have handled this situation more effectively. Her response in the return email could have been better. It shows a lack of accountability and concern for customer property. I regret trusting them with my belongings and not taking photos beforehand to document everything. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I will be reconsidering my options for any future moves.
