Team Charlie made moving to our new house stress free and a breeze. As it was our first time engaging movers, we didn't know what to expect.
The team were were absolutely professional, swift and efficient that we were at a loss with what to do, until our point of contact - Derek - told us to chill and relax; they had it handled. Their incredible teamwork made the move seem almost effortless. They were even quick to troubleshoot some challenges at the new house. And while mounting TVs are not part of the package, Derek took the initiative to engage a handyman to assist (with our consent of course).
Thank you Derek, Johani, Patrick, Juraidi and Handyman Dennis. We truly appreciate all your hard work and effort. Settling and adapting and packing up to a new place is stressful as it is, but you guys really gave us reassurance and peace of mind. Thank you and all the best!

They damaged a piece of folding furniture, and then glued it in the unfolded state once they delivered the furniture to my new house. They never notified me that the furniture was damaged; if they had, I wouldn't even have minded. But I generally do not take kindly to being lied to. I have no proof that they damaged the furniture as I only noticed a couple of weeks after the move.

I engaged Shalom despite having a cheaper quote on hand (sceptical about the service quality and most important of all the “bait and hook” strategy). It was a good decision made.
Shalom teams (KS Ong - sales, and its operational crew led by Hakim from Team B) were professional and always have a smile on their faces. They took great care of ensuring fragile items were carefully wrapped and protected no matter how big or small the items. Great team work (and a jolly one) was on display by the crew as well.
The move was seamless as Hakim and crew were efficient, professional and display lots of empathy. My wife was not feeling well on the day of the move and Hakim was very thoughtful to move/open up the sofa first so that my wife was able to take a rest.
Kudos to Shalom and keep up the good work!
