Rude movers and incompetent sales. After having a video call with the sales and everythjng, communicated that everything need to move, asked anything I need to do if I engaged with the packing service, answered saying no action I need.
On the moving day, after telling the movers that I'm moving a monitor as well, only to be told that I need to unmount the monitor first, replied with a rude face and tone.
The packing service also lack with common sense, putting my towel together with my trash bin? Like what in the world are they thinking and they didn't even ask if it's okay.
With the godlike pricing, stay away from this company for your mental health sake.

We engaged Shalom for our moving services. As my new house is not ready and need to handover the current place.
We had two moving tasks. The salesperson, Mr Matthew was friendly and empathetic of my tight moving schedule. He managed to squeeze a timeslot for us.
During each move, their team especially team A, Tharma and team took special care when packing and moving our items.
Everything done professionally and with great care, no wonder they say they are the top choices but alot of ministries, agencies and MNCs.
The benefit of engaging Shalom, was they even handled the security deposit and scheduled with our condo management.

Truly made my life much easier. Special forces dudes show up and just move my entire life within half an hour. Carrying furniture and boxes like they weighed 4 grammes. Team B truly saved me so much work. Always ask for them! Definitely using them again when required

Unprofessional sales team. I was trying to get a quote from them to relocate oversea. They simply assumed mine is not a container load and refused to reply. I ended up going with Sanelo with a 22ft container and 144 "boxes". It's a shame that Shalom Movers has such attitude.
