This is our second usage of Shalom’s moving, storage and redelivery devices, several years apart. A major reason behind our decision lies with their Mr Henry Woon, a familiar face and whose customer services and care is truly excellent. Right from the survey session of our personal effects right through to the packing session, the storage and the redelivery sone two months later, Henry is always there for us when we need his advice and assistance. He returns calls promptly and he commendably takes care of our requirements. My wife and I are deeply grateful to him. And then there’s Jing and his team members including: Sridan, Arvinth, YZ, Faiyez and Fawzi…who are all excellent and friendly too. But it all began with Henry. Ask for him when you next need packing, moving and or redelivery services. He’s helpful, kind and patient. And he’s truly terrific. .
