**Shalom Movers: A Reliable and Professional Moving Experience**
Twenty years ago, I chose Shalom Movers for my house move and was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. When it came time to move again, I decided to engage Shalom Movers once more, and it proved to be an excellent decision. Their service was nothing short of outstanding, characterized by professionalism, dedication, and friendliness.
Henry, the onsite surveyor, was knowledgeable and provided valuable advice in areas where I was unsure. His expertise made the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of move, Team C, consisting of Johani, Lin and Derek, was punctual and efficient, displaying a dedicated attitude throughout. I want to give special recognition to Derek, who stood out for his exceptional helpfulness, friendliness, and hardworking nature. He paid meticulous attention to the smallest details, ensuring that all our items were well taken care of. All our belongings arrived from the storage warehouse to our newly renovated house in excellent condition and were fully accounted for.
The entire moving experience with Shalom Movers was restful and satisfactory. Additionally, I extend my thanks to the admin team of Shalom Movers for their excellent coordination and support throughout the entire process.

Had a good experience with Shalom movers. The movers were professional, prompt and service/communication was good. The quote was transparent and though we had several loose items to pack, they helped us move these items over without any questions. The crew was also friendly. Really good experience with Shalom. Communication is prompt, the T&Cs take a while to get familiar with because there's a bit of fine print but they are patient in walking you through it. However I do have to revise this to a 4-star because it seems the internal teams don't always communicate to each other all the time so you have to repeat yourself to a few different people at various stages of booking them and arranging logistics.
Shoutout to our excellent movers Mubarak, Hamzah, Ezahrul, and Rizal - they moved everything in a couple of hours, and when one of our cheap furniture legs broke off due to the weight of its contents, they fixed it on the spot in the new venue. Totally different experience from when I went with cheaper movers last time; those guys damaged the very same chest of drawers and not only did they just dump the broken drawer in the living room, but they ghosted me after promising compensation. These guys were the 5-star part of the experience. Shalom was wayyy more professional and their moving team was great, super friendly, competent and efficient. Thanks a lot guys!

To me and my family, Shalom Movers is the best moving company in Singapore. We have hired them many times when moving out into a new place and they never failed. Very good experience. This time we had Team B (Rafi, Mustazah, Danish, Gajendra and Suveek) who helped us in a very efficient and careful way to move furniture, a piano and other belongings into another apartment in the same condo. Things went well and they also helped us to coordinate with the condo management. I will not hesitate to hire them again.

This is my third time engaging Shalom for a house move and each time has been an excellent experience - from the quotation visit by Mr Ong, to its completion on moving day.
On D-day, the crew came right on time & went on with their tasks swiftly. Each item was handled accordingly and with utmost care, including musical instruments. I was impressed that each crew member was courteous, each knows their respective role very well & the experienced team leader served as a very effective team member, supervisor as well as cheerleader for his young crewmembers.
The job was finished in 4 hours.
