We has terrible experience with Shalom. We had stored our excess furniture at Shalom Storage. We paid rents for more than 10 years. We has difficulties contacting Shalom. We has difficulties arranging time to view our furniture. We were told to just give them an address to send the furniture. Very lousy services and giving paying customer no option. Please do not use Shalom for Storage. It will give you lots of hassle.

Was an excellent experience. The team B group consisting of Hamzah, Deiveehan, Rahman, Ezaharul, Manan, Halim and Jamesh were super professional, very well coordinated from the time packing started up until the very end of moving to the storage premises. They were punctual, very careful yet swift in their execution. Excellent work Shalom Movers. Would recommend you guys to my friends and family!

Engage Shalom movers to move my furniture. It is not an easy move due to the bulkiness of the furniture and the limited space available. Many thanks to the team of Mr Mubarak, Abdullah N, A.Hak and Mani who make it works. They were very professional and helpful and handled the furniture with great care.

Shalom Movers have 1 star reviews across multiple platforms on Yelp, Reddit and Moveaide. They actively delete negative reviews on Facebook to give the illusion they have only positive reviews. I has a very negative experience with Shalom movers. I asked for a quotation and they told me they needed a remote phone consult to accurately quote me, and we agreed on a date and time. The date and time came and went, no remote call came in. I had to message the staff to find out what was going on, only for them to msg me and tell me there was not going to be any call, and they will quote me direct. Very unprofessional!! They don't take charge at all. Their base charges are at least $100 more than other companies. And they charge for each moving box given. They also charge $10 for packing paper to pack glassware. So many hidden charges! This is in line with the negative 1 star reviews on reddit for hidden extra charges. For my experience I kept all the receipts the communication between myself and Shalom Mover staff. Caveat Emptor! Beware and engage at your own risk!

I have stored my furniture with Shalom since 2010. That is a good 13 years of paying S$212 per month. When I want to view my furniture, Shalom says we have to pay to view our furniture. I was given a mobile number, where the person is uncontactable. Shalom's service is unacceptable. Shalom gives us no peace. I can't access my personal possession. Legally, is that theft?
