Seems like the customer service team handling new requests doesn't read emails or seem to have a record of communications. Excellent movers, they know how to handle all the furniture with care. Very efficient. We had FL, HM, Mannan and Firas handle a move between 2 condos and they came very prepared with bubble wrap and some ninja wrapping skills.
