Engaged Shalom for an all in one services, from Moving to Disposal and Storage. I was not disappointed. Evaluator gave professional advises and quotation was clearly defined. On Moving date, movers was punctual, furniture are wrapped carefully and disposal was swift. Overall a fuss-free experience.

Idris and his colleagues were a real joy to work with. They obviously knew their stuff, and spent the entire day meticulously disassembling, moving and assembling items with utmost care. I have seen some negative reviews on Shalom before and it had made me consider twice about hiring them. But I’m certainly glad that I’ve hired them in the end, because they did some an excellent job. 😊

We had 5 moving days to several different locations and a piano and some very heavy furniture to be brought down four flights of stairs. We are very grateful to Jackson, our moving consultant for patiently working through all the tele-viewing of all our furniture and revising the quotations several times and securing additional moving dates as we had to make changes to our plans. And responding very quickly to all our (additional) requests for packing materials - really such a fantastic help - made things much smoother than we had feared. Then we had the awesome experience of working with Mubarak and Abdullah's teams! They were very professional, so very cheerful and resourceful and had such a positive attitude despite the challenges (piano down 4-storey narrow flight of stairs!) that it made moving very much less stressful. We are so very glad that we were able to request for Abdullah and Mubarak's team for all our moves - they really are an A-Team, very quickly dismantling and wrapping up and generally taking very good care of our furniture/items. They planned and coordinated our multiple-stop moves very efficiently. Their customer service is definitely top-notch - very efficient and pleasant-mannered. It was very reassuring and such a pleasure to work with them. We are very glad we engaged Shalom and will definitely contact Shalom and ask for Mubarak & Abdullah's team for our next move!

I wish to commend the Shalom team :- TAUFIQ H MD HANEEF MD FANDI A HIDAYAT who handled my move on 2 Apr 2022. They were very careful with all my belongings, especially the speakers. There was a huge downpour during the move but they were professional, steady and excellent in dealing with difficult manouves at our new house to fit the larger appliances. My family has been very impressed by the professionalism; great customer service and a cheery demeanour throughout. They gave us a lot of assurance to a successful & safe relocation.
