I moved a whole lot of household goods to Australia via this lot. In Australia I turned up at the Customs to take the goods and there was an irate local cargo agent there. It turned out that Shalom in Singapore hadn't paid the Australian agent who refused to release my goods to me! I was stunned as I'd paid Shalom whatever they charged. I was caught between a rock and a hard place so I actually coughed up the money to take my belongings. Even then, there were some things missing. When I returned I went personally to Shalom and gave them a piece of my mind. Apart from "sorry", they didn't really apologize and nor did they make any restitution. Shocking for an organization that claims to have Christian values. This company is a disgrace and I wouldn't recommend them AT ALL!
