This is my first experience with Shalom and it is great. The sales manager was prompt and responsive in both their assessment and quotation and patient in answering my questions. On the day of the move, Mubarak and team were good - fast and efficient yet cautious in moving the furniture and fragile items. They have a positive attitude and always have a smile despite how tedious the move is - note that they have to move most of my items to the 3rd floor via the stairs as I didn’t build a lift in my new house! We are impressed with the professionalism in the move.

The team of workers from Shalom were very professional, they knew exactly what to do and they worked in harmony, they were fast and accommodated my last minute requests like repositioning my shelf and unscrewing 2 items from the wall, which I had forgotten to remove. Our move from office to office was executed by Team A, headed by Mr. Haneef. We're a B1 company, so there was a lot of industrial equipment to be moved, and it says about their quality that we simply sat back most of the day and were able to just let them tackle everything from packing, wrapping and moving! They even loaned us boxes for the move.
The team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked the entire day (with breaks) and everything was delivered smoothly. The entire process, from start to finish, was straightforward and entirely flawless other than the fact that we bought too little pizza for the workers!
I'm well acquainted with how frustrating moving can be for many people and Shalom is well worth the cost.
